Welcome Back,
Happy Wednesday, everyone! 🐪
Good morning! I hope your day is already off to a great start — or at the very least, your coffee hasn’t betrayed you yet.
Here’s a fun thought: real wealth isn’t just about piling up dollars. It’s about creating options. Options to travel when you want, work how you want, or say “no thanks” to things that don’t serve you.
Today, we’re diving into what I like to call The Wealth Triangle — the 3 parts of a financial engine that doesn’t just make you money, but makes you freedom. And once you get this engine running, it doesn’t just give you more in the bank… it gives you more in life.
So, let’s build something today that your future self will look back on and say, “Wow, we really did that.” 🚀

Quote of The Day

Market Update

*Market data represents the most recent market close at 5:00pm ET
Market Update: The markets kicked off the day in full-on “green wave” mode — almost everything decided to dress up in bullish attire. The Nasdaq surged 1.39%, flexing its tech muscle, while the S&P 500 and Dow Jones weren’t far behind with gains of 1.13% and 1.10%, respectively. Even Bitcoin joined the party, adding 0.96% to its already hefty price tag. Gold… well, it technically went up, but with a +0.018% move, it’s basically the wallflower at this rally.
Silver, however, wasn’t feeling the vibe, slipping 0.16% — perhaps the only one in the room quietly muttering “overvalued.” Nike laced up with a solid 1.19% sprint, while Mastercard tapped its card for a mild 0.10% rise. Chevron pumped up its numbers with a 0.58% gain, proving oil still has some moves left in this market dance.
Overall, it’s the kind of session that makes bulls smile, bears hibernate, and day traders check their screens twice to make sure it’s real.

The Wealth Triangle: How to Build a Financial Engine That Prints Options (Not Just Money)
Hey friend — let’s talk about the thing we say we’re chasing, but often get distracted from.
Not “money” in itself.
Not “retirement.”
Not “being rich.”
I’m talking about options.
Money is just the tool. Options are the lifestyle upgrade.
The ability to…
Work because you want to, not because you have to.
Take a month off to travel without your income crumbling.
Invest in something risky and exciting without losing sleep.
Options give you freedom.
And the fastest way to get there? Build what I call the Wealth Triangle.
🛠️ What’s the Wealth Triangle?
It’s simple:
To build lasting wealth, you need 3 parts working together:
Income — Fuel for the engine
Investments — Multiplication of the fuel
Skills — The thing that keeps the whole engine from breaking
Most people focus on just one of these and wonder why progress feels slow.
High income but no investments? You’re stuck trading time for money.
Lots of investments but no skill growth? You’ll plateau fast.
You want all three. Let’s break them down.
1️⃣ Income — The Fuel
No matter where you are in life — corporate exec, small business owner, side-hustler, or “trying to figure it out” — you need cash flow.
Not in the “work 80 hours and burn out” way. But in the “grow your earning power” way.
💡 Quick ways to boost income:
Negotiate your salary (seriously, most people never ask)
Add a side hustle that taps a skill you already have
Increase prices if you run a business and haven’t in 12+ months
Offer high-value consulting in your area of expertise
The truth is… you can’t invest what you don’t earn. So step one is to give yourself more fuel to work with.
2️⃣ Investments — The Multiplier
Here’s where the magic happens.
When you invest, you’re letting money work for you while you’re sleeping, showering, or eating tacos.
And the earlier you start, the less you have to put in over time.
A few timeless moves:
Index Funds & ETFs — Low cost, broad exposure, proven to beat most pros long-term.
Real Estate — Rentals, REITs, or even house hacking (live in one unit, rent out the others).
Dividend Stocks — Companies that pay you regularly just for owning their shares.
Private Investments — Riskier, but potentially huge upside if you know the field.
📊 Example:
If you invest $1,000/month at 8% returns:
10 years = ~$183K
20 years = ~$589K
30 years = ~$1.4M
The lesson? Start now. Even small amounts.
3️⃣ Skills — The Protect & Grow Mechanism
Skills are the cheat code.
They:
Make you harder to replace (job security)
Let you charge more for your time
Give you the ability to spot and act on opportunities
For example:
Learning sales can make you more effective in any business.
Understanding finance makes you better at investing.
Public speaking can grow your influence (and income).
The wealthiest people don’t just have money — they have rare, valuable skills that keep generating more opportunities.
🌱 How This Works in Real Life
Let’s take two people:
Alex earns $150K/year but spends almost all of it. Invests $0.
Jamie earns $90K/year, invests 20% consistently, and learns marketing skills on the side.
Fast forward 15 years:
Alex still earns about the same and has little to show for it.
Jamie’s investments are worth multiple six figures, plus they now earn $150K+ thanks to their new skills.
The difference? Jamie built all three sides of the Wealth Triangle.
💡 How to Start Building Yours (Even if You’re “Behind”)
Here’s your 3-month starter plan:
Month 1 — Boost Your Income
Audit your current situation. Where’s the easiest bump? Salary negotiation? Side gig?
Set a target: +10–20% income in the next 12 months.
Month 2 — Begin Investing
Open a brokerage account if you don’t have one.
Set up automatic contributions, even if it’s $100/month.
Choose one simple, low-cost index fund to start.
Month 3 — Pick a Skill
Identify one skill that would increase your earning power or investing ability.
Commit to 30 minutes a day or a course you can finish in weeks, not years.
The magic is in combining them — not perfecting one before you start the others.
🚀 Why This Matters Now
The world is moving fast:
AI is automating tasks that used to pay well.
Inflation is quietly eating your savings.
Opportunities are global — and so is competition.
You don’t win this game by playing it safe and slow.
You win by building an engine that can adapt and grow in any environment.
🔑 Final Thought
Building wealth isn’t about a lucky stock pick or grinding 24/7.
It’s about creating a system where…
Income fuels investments
Investments buy you freedom
Skills protect and grow both
The earlier you start, the sooner you can stop trading your time for every dollar.
So here’s your friendly nudge:
Pick one small action this week — boost your income, start an investment, or learn a new skill — and plant that seed.
